Ukraine offers to establish the OIE collaborative centre for safety of bee products.

The application of Ukraine about the creation of a collaborative centre of the world organization for animal health (OIE) on the safety of bee products will be discussed at the meeting of the OIE scientific Commission in February 2017.

During the meeting, Director General of the OIE with representatives of the delegation of Demirtzoglou, which was held in the framework of the 27th Conference of the OIE Regional Commission for Europe in Lisbon (the Portuguese Republic) representatives of the Ukrainian delegation presented the latest achievements in the sphere of safety of bee products and debated the issue of creation in the country of collaborative centre of the OIE for safety of bee products.

Eloi has supported the initiative of creation of such center. However, she offered to do a collaboration center not only of the OIE, and FAO.
